Due to growth and the opening of their new state-of-the-art refurbishment centre, our client is seeking a Vehicle Prepper to join their vehicle reconditioning team in Coalville, Leicestershire.

Job Overview

They are looking for a passionate vehicle prepper with a strong interest in the automotive industry who prioritizes quality in every process. Your keen eye for detail and technical knowledge will ensure vehicles within the cosmetic team are accurately repaired to company standards. Proficiency in using the latest methods and working in a dynamic environment is essential, as you will collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities

Report to the cosmetic team leads.
Ensure vehicles are prepared for primer and paint in accordance with reconditioning standards.
Use relevant methods and state-of-the-art equipment to repair, prime, and prepare panels for painting.
Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the process.
