Based in Stockport, South Manchester, this role is Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. We are looking for ambitious graduates with great communication skills and a flair for relationship building to join an exciting and unique business in South Manchester as a Graduate Account Manager.

This role is all about creating lasting relationships with business clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service possible and repeat business is maintained. You will also engage lapsed clients, rebuild relationships, and encourage future business.

This is a team-based role, and you will work as part of a tight-knit team to ensure that clients within your specialism are happy, engaged, and business expectations are met. While this role is largely office-based, it will also involve face-to-face meetings with clients from time to time, and you will need to be flexible to attend industry events in the UK and abroad, so occasional late nights and weekends are part of the job!

This is a genuinely exciting and dynamic role; once established, you will have real freedom and autonomy. The right candidate will be a Manchester-based, recent graduate with some previous sales or service experience, an engaging and sociable personality, excellent communication skills, and a talent for dealing with people.
