On behalf of Our Client, we are looking for an experienced telesales manager to manage day to day contact with cool and warm sales leads. The role will be wholly telephone based, contacting warm and new clients daily. You will be selling consumable medical products into a pre populated sales database, to gain maximum information and contact details, and to gain potential and new business leads through managed and monitored telephone sales activity.

The product is not a hard sell and conversion rates are high, this means that sales targets and sales bonuses are achievable monthly. You must have telesales outbound experience, have a strong resilient nature and a superb sales manner, verbally and written.

The role is full time to cover normal office hours, is in a superb office environment with an experienced and very supportive management team. All current processes and internal infrastructure is in place, as is a warm database and excellent training, full training will be given on products and services offered, and is both supportive and extensive.

The earning potential for the role is uncapped and bonuses are market leading!
