The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Solicitor to join our Commercial Property Team in Manchester. You'll work alongside an experienced team including the Managing Partner, which will give you exposure to a wide variety of work and further develop your career. Ideally you'll be 4+ years' PQE, although what is important is that you are comfortable with clients and competent in your role, so we're flexible for the right person.
Your experience should cover:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases.
- Managing acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
- Handling secured lending and property finance transactions.
- Assisting with the property elements of corporate transactions.
- Providing practical and tailored legal solutions to assist our clients' commercial objectives.
What's most important is that you are someone who wants to work within our firm - a people focused culture, with ambition but one where you'll feel an important part of the team rather than just a number. Ideally a more senior person applying for this role will be comfortable in harnessing their referrer network to help develop business, but this isn't a prerequisite.
