Are you a Qualified Vehicle Mechanic with an NVQ 3 or similar looking to take a step away from the tools and into a role where you will help train and develop future generations of vehicle mechanics on vehicles such as Land Rovers, Pinzgauers, Quads, Jackals, Coyotes and more?
In this role, you will be managing work plans and delivering against your Key Performance Indicators, arranging and attending scheduled visits, as well as supporting, motivating and coaching all learners through their apprenticeship programme, ensuring all components of the apprenticeship programme are completed in a timely manner whilst meeting awarding organisation ESFA and Ofsted requirements.
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of a level 3 NVQ or similar, be eager to work in a role that is off the tools and where they get to pass their knowledge down to newer generations.
THE ROLE:- Ensure you are delivering against your Key Performance Indicators, arranging and attending scheduled visits and completing all required documentation.
- Support, motivate and coach all learners through their apprenticeship programme, ensuring all components of the apprenticeship programme are completed in a timely manner whilst meeting awarding organisation, ESFA and Ofsted requirements.
- Monitor and review learners in line with the customers' expectations.
- Vehicle Mechanic, NVQ level 3 or similar.
- Happy to work from home and travel to various sites across the South West.
