The Role
As our Receptionist you will be the first member of the team to meet our guests as they arrive at our beautiful hotel. You will help to create those enchanting moments which sets the tone for their visit, whether they have come for a dining experience or an overnight stay. You will also be the final person that they see, and your aim will be to give them a wonderful lasting impression that they will never forget. Our Receptionists will be on hand to help our guests in any way required during their visit, whether that's booking a dinner reservation or getting around on the Estate.
The Person
Our successful Receptionist will be smart, presentable and able to build rapport with people from all walks of life. You will have good planning and organisational skills and ideally have previous experience within the hotel industry. You will have a charming, hands on approach with a can-do attitude and your work ethic level will enable you to learn, in detail, the Estate's products and offerings.
Shift Pattern
This position will consist of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be flexible, working any 5 days out of 7, especially during our busy period i.e. weekends. Working the following shifts: 07:00-15:30, 10:00-18:30 and 14:30-23:00. Having the flexibility to cover night shifts for holiday/absence where required (22:45-07:15).
Salary: £25,200 per annum plus tronc
