We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Quality Administrator to join our factory team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role supporting our production factory teams by providing administrative support and managing various clerical tasks. This position requires proficiency in computerised systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a food production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
- Verifying documents regarding traceability and source of origin.
- Filling in various food certificates, audit, and compliance paperwork.
- Assisting Team Leaders with relevant order documentation.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Utilise computerised systems for customer/client record-keeping.
- Organise and maintain office files, ensuring easy access to information.
- Prepare reports and documents when required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is essential.
- Proficiency using computer software and databases is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Essential Requirements:
- You must be able to work in a factory/food production environment, not just an office environment.
- You must be able to work a full-time permanent position in the UK; we cannot support work visas or sponsorships.
- You must be able to get to site which is not near any bus or train links, so having a car, motorbike, scooter, or push bike will be essential.
