We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our freight and logistics operations, working closely with our locations and customers to ensure an efficient, reliable, and high-quality service.

Mon-Fri Role - Based in Middlesex

Salary: Negotiable

Duties Include:

  • Coordinate Freight Operations: Manage logistics between our headquarters in Middlesex, and all company locations across airports and railway stations, both in the UK and overseas.
  • Customer Freight Services: Oversee the delivery of customer freight and shipping services via our in-house digital platform, ensuring a smooth and timely service.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with freight providers and partners to secure cost-effective and reliable solutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure all freight and logistics operations comply with relevant regulations, including customs and international shipping laws.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on freight costs, performance, and efficiency, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Ideally you should have:

  • Proven experience in freight, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within a travel retail or international shipping environment.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • A proactive approach to compliance with shipping, customs, and health and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with online shipping platforms.
  • Knowledge of airport and/or railway station operations is desirable but not essential.
