To assist the Team Support Lead and support the recruitment process for the group while providing outstanding customer care for all inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly request and follow up on references for all new joiners.
  • Update and maintain the recruitment spreadsheet.
  • Upload employment documents onto database.
  • Assist with sending various communications to new joiners.
  • Support the Team Support Lead in coordinating events, including:
  • Ordering supplies.
  • Booking venues.
  • Sending invitations.
  • Preparing goody bags and printed materials.
  • Assisting with event setup when required.
  • Ensure all birthdays are recognised and recorded, and milestone events/birthdays are celebrated in line with company values.
  • Assist in organizing recognition activities for the Senior Management Team, such as:
    • Cards and gifts for birthdays.
    • Flowers for well-being or family concerns.
    • Acknowledging milestone events (e.g., length of service, project completions, positive reviews, and CQC inspections).
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for phone and intercom inquiries, welcoming visitors, and receiving deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative support for the HR function.
  • Conduct online research and assist with event coordination as instructed by the Line Manager.
  • Perform any other reasonable requests as required.
  • Cover the Receptionist/Administrator role during absences, lunch breaks, and annual leave.
  • Ensure all visitors to the office are warmly welcomed and offered refreshments.
  • Support the marketing team with packaging and posting marketing materials such as leaflets.
  • Maintain a neat, tidy, safe, and welcoming office environment.
  • Foster a cooperative and positive office atmosphere, treating colleagues, visitors, and suppliers with courtesy and respect at all times.
