For Companies We’re currently looking for a contracts manager to work on multiple projects over £1m on behalf of a large, successful developer in an office based position. You will be running up to three projects at any one time with each one being over £1million. With our client offering excellent progression, the position is permanent and is a newly created role illustrating the growth of the company.
The successful Contracts Manager will be based in London/Surrey and will have experience in the procurement of construction/infrastructure maintenance/soft and hard business/building services subcontracts and materials.
- The Construction Procurement Manager will be a fully committed team worker who is able to communicate and implement procurement policy and process throughout the organisation.
- Delivery focused, with the ability to organise, take ownership of problems and ensure effective solutions.
