We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Conveyancer - Fee Earner. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for facilitating the legal transfer of property ownership from one party to another. This is a crucial role in the real estate industry, ensuring that all necessary documents and processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

The Role:

  • Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property transactions - all title types
  • Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and mortgage agreements
  • Conduct property searches and obtain necessary information from relevant authorities
  • Coordinate with lenders, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Manage timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of transactions
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly

The Person:

  • We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
  • You should be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a busy environment, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ideally a minimum of 5 years of experience as a conveyancing fee earner, managing your own caseload. But will consider less.
  • Strong experience with Freehold, Leasehold and ideally New Build properties and using case management systems.
  • Proficient in using the Land Registry Portal.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong risk assessment and decision-making abilities.
  • Team player with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Commercial awareness and an ability to spot business opportunities.
  • Competent with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, email, and internet.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in figures.
  • Experience handling Remortgage.

Office based role - 2 days from home available after probation.

Other:

  • 21 days + Stats rising to 28 + Stats
  • Bonus
  • 9 - 5pm - 1hr Lunch
