We are recruiting for an experienced mechanical project manager. You will be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects from inception to completion, leading a team of engineers and operatives to provide a professional, quality and customer-focused service.
Benefits Package: Up to 55k per annum
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be required to:
- Lead and manage the delivery of projects from inception to completion.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage and monitor the financial performance of projects, ensuring that budgets are adhered to.
- Liaise with designers, surveyors, and other external bodies.
- Ensure that Health and Safety regulations are followed, and site safety is maintained.
- Ensure completion of projects on time and within budget.
- Regularly review progress and provide updates to senior management.
- Monitor and manage the quality of workmanship.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
Candidate:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role
- Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of projects.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A qualification in Building Services Engineering or a related trade background.
- A valid driving licence.
