The Opportunity - Team Leader Based in Leeds - Global Company
The ROLE Team Leader - responsible for End-to-End Factory & Production operations 'functional' accountability for 1hr-8wks.
- To ensure that customer orders are produced in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
- To ensure that continuous improvement objectives are met.
- To ensure that people in the department are motivated and developing to meet the organisational goals.
- To ensure Production teams, systems & methods understand & deliver all short, mid and long-term business requirements for EHS, Customer and Cost.
- To build a capable and engaged team with development and succession plans that meet today's + 8wk business needs.
- Deliver all functional QEHS, Customer & Cost KPIs in line with business needs exceeding prior yr. performance.
- Create & deliver rolling 8-week strategy & execution plans for functional areas (aligned to business & investment strategies) Health & Safety, People & Leadership, Delivery, Efficiency & Cost, Change Management.
