Our client provides an end-to-end adviser solution which enables advisers to work smarter and achieve game changing efficiencies in their operations. They are looking for an experienced and Professional Adviser Support Specialist for our Service Centre. You will be the key point of contact, providing expert guidance and support to users on platform functionality and business processes. With a strong customer-focused mindset, you’ll ensure advisers and their teams have everything they need to effectively serve their clients.

Skills & experience required:
- Strong knowledge of UK investment platform operations, financial products, and the broader financial services industry.
- Familiarity with financial products/wrappers such as ISAs and Pensions, as well as an understanding of different investment options.
- Proven track record in financial services, with demonstrable experience in a client-facing role.
- A customer-centric mindset, with a proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with advisers, their staff, and internal stakeholders.
- High professional integrity, with a solid understanding of industry-specific regulations.
- CII/IOC qualifications are desirable but not essential.
