Spinning multiple plates and turning your hand to a number of tasks is what makes work worthwhile for you. You'll love being involved in a wide variety of 'back-office elements' from speaking to and sourcing candidates, to payroll, credit control and various projects - this means you'll never be bored.

BASIC SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000

LOCATION: Northampton

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Towcester, Brixworth, Long Buckby, Moulton, Daventry and Wellingborough.

As our Administrator, you will join the existing Support Team here at Wallace Hind, which provides administrative assistance to the wider team of Recruitment Consultants and the Senior Leadership team:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The first point of contact for incoming calls.
  • Working closely with the temporaries team - completing confirmation of contractors at site, chasing time sheets, liaising with the payroll provider, etc.
  • Completing data entry of candidate and client information including recording appropriate compliance documentation.
  • Creating invoices, undertaking credit control and job advert posting.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates for live positions, using various job boards (Total Jobs, Reed, CV-Library), social media, LinkedIn, and other search engines.
  • Researching market information and insight, look to generate leads, conduct salary surveys and stay informed about industry trends.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

To be successful in your application, you'll be a confident person with experience of working in an office setting. You will also:

  • Be proficient with Microsoft software packages.
  • Be experienced in communicating with the general public and business professionals.
  • Be happy to be office based, with a proven track record in multi-tasking.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail.

Any experience with finance - credit control, invoicing and payroll will be an advantage.

It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: Office Administrator, Office Manager, Recruitment Administrator, Resourcer, Sales Administrator.
