Are you an administrative superstar with great written skills coupled with previous marketing experience? I am pleased to be working with my client on this amazing opportunity. The role would suit an experienced returner to work - hours either Monday to Thursday OR Monday to Friday - school hours 9.30-2.30pm. Please note that this is NOT a hybrid role, but parking will be paid for you.
You will work closely with the Operations Director and duties will include:
- Managing the creation of marketing material for socials - this will involve posting on LinkedIn, Website etc.
- Writing and creating material for print, brochures, blogs.
- Ensuring posts are delivered on time through Hootsuite.
- Assisting with the invitations for delegate awards.
- Contributing to marketing campaign ideas.
- Creation of event marketing materials.
- All other related admin support.
Person specification:
- Strong work ethic.
- A returner to work who can commit to school hours.
- Brilliant written skills.
- Previous marketing/Events experience.
- Great Excel and Outlook skills.
- Adobe Suite desirable.
