As a work experience student at Solus Repair Centre, you will have the chance to shadow professionals in various departments and gain valuable insights into the process of vehicle repair after an accident.
ResponsibilitiesDuring your two-week placement, you will rotate through the following departments:
- Customer Service: Assist our busy team with serving customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Parts Department: Learn the ins and outs of sourcing and managing delicate parts required for vehicle repair.
- Workshop: Experience firsthand the process of returning customers' cars to normalcy after an accident, under the guidance of our skilled technicians.
- Must be 15 years of age or older.
- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and vehicle repair.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
