Our client is based in Essex and is ideally looking for an experienced CNC Turner Setter Operator, salary dependent on experience. You will be required to have the following skills:
- Set and run Fixed Head/Sliding Head CNC Turning Machines
- Read Engineering Drawings
- Experience with Bar Feed Machines
- Able to set and run Twin Spindle Twin Turret Machines (optional)
- Machines are Doosan, Hardinge and Star, with Fanuc, Heidenhain and Mitsubishi control panels
- Aerospace manufacturing, working with all materials from Aluminium, stainless steels and Inconel
- Familiarity with Fanuc control
The location of the company is a little out of the way, so a car would be ideal. Aerospace experience is desirable.
Hours of work: Monday - Thursday 06.45am - 16.30pm (overtime available).
