About the Role
We are looking for committed Health Workers, Care Workers, Domiciliary Care providers, Live-In Care specialists, and Post Hospital Discharge Care professionals to deliver compassionate support to individuals across diverse environments, including nursing homes, care homes, and assisted living facilities in Cambridgeshire, specifically in March PE15 8, Chatteris, and Wisbech.
Main Duties
- Deliver high-quality care services following individual care plans.
- Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support individuals with meals.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Help in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Assist with case management and documentation of care provided.
- Enable and support service users in activities like supervision, monitoring, and coaching to help them achieve greater independence.
- Accompany service users to various outings, appointments, or events as needed.
- Recognize the individual needs and preferences of service users while effectively communicating with them and their families, friends, and other healthcare professionals.
- Complete all care in accordance with Policies and Procedures, CQC Fundamental Standards, and all relevant contractual and legislative obligations.
Qualifications
- Experience in nursing homes, home care, or similar settings is desirable.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and care practices.
- Proficiency in creating and implementing Healthcare plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards individuals in need of care.
Sponsorship Visa also welcomed.
