Location: Hull City Centre

Contract Type: Temporary, initially for 2-3 months and may go permanent for the right candidate

Working Pattern: Full Time, 35 hours per week between 8am-6pm (7 hour shift + 1 hour lunch) would also consider someone on a part time basis (hours to be discussed)

Pay: £12.39 per hour

If so, we want to speak to YOU about our fantastic In-bound Customer Service opportunity in the heart of Hull! This will initially be a temporary role for 2/3 months and once you have proven your ability you will be considered for a permanent role!

What You'll Do:

  • Be the friendly voice on the phone! Answer inbound calls swiftly while maintaining a professional demeanour.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming inquiries, logging information accurately.
  • Build exceptional relationships with our customers, ensuring that every interaction exceeds expectations.
  • Fulfil bookings promptly and cost-effectively.
  • Support the bookings coordinators with last-minute requests.
  • Keep the systems updated with all relevant information, ensuring a smooth service delivery and ensuring compliance with GDPR guidelines.
  • Stay proactive and efficient in completing daily tasks and any additional duties as needed.

Working Hours:

Your shifts will be scheduled between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, it will be a 7 hour shift + 1 hour for lunch.
