An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a talented Supply Chain & HSEQR Team as a HSEQR Coordinator, supporting our commercial teams in managing regulatory and quality enquiries. You’ll play a key role in enhancing customer engagement, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and complete quality and regulatory customer enquiries and questionnaires
  • Work closely with commercial teams and the global regulatory questionnaire centre
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all communications and documentation
  • Assist the HSEQR Manager in executing the broader strategic agenda, including - Regulatory compliance, Risk and quality management, Environmental performance and Sustainability initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is desirable
  • Previous experience in a role managing regulatory, quality, or sustainability requirements
  • Understanding of one or more regulated sectors such as Food & Nutrition, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Personal Care
  • Exposure to distribution, sales, or marketing environments is a plus
