Are you working within a role which requires excellent organisational skills? Perhaps you work in project management, event management, training or something which requires you to be highly organised. Do you enjoy working within a professional environment, working with corporate clients and education establishments?
My client is currently looking for a new member of staff to join their team who help to pull together a range of training programmes, ensuring content, planning and delivery are in line with their client requirements.
Your day will be varied and may include:
- Actively participating in meetings to discuss client requirements
- Work with other teams to design programme content
- Overall event management; including delegate travel, catering, accommodation
- Ensuring all programme literature is ready for events
- Assist with budget management of programmes
- Quality analysis of programmes
This is a varied and busy role which requires excellent project management skills, the ability to communicate with a range of clients and fantastic attention to detail. You do not need experience in a directly associated role, however, must be able to show experience in project management, project co-ordination, events management, training coordination or similar.
You will need to demonstrate an excellent attention to detail, the ability to juggle conflicting priorities and think on your feet, as well as a flexible attitude towards work.
