The predicted salary is between 19200 - 20800 Β£ per year.

Permanent role in Walsall – Office based role. Full time Monday to Friday, 36.5 hours per week, 8.45 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday, 4 pm finish on Fridays.

Duties:

  • Maintain the Reception area
  • Answering calls and taking messages
  • Updating media channels on a monthly basis
  • Incoming and outgoing postal duties
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Greeting visitors into the centre
  • Admin duties, sending emails to external customers
  • Data processing – assisting the compliance team with sending out letters and processing data and paperwork

Experience essential for this role:

  • Must have used Word for Windows and basic Excel
  • Must have worked in a role that involved answering calls
  • Have excellent communication skills as members and business clients attend the premises
  • Have the right to work in the UK indefinitely with no restrictions

Salary and Benefits:

  • Β£23,200 to Β£26,000 per annum
  • 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays
  • After 1 year’s service, an additional 1 day given for time off on your birthday, an extra day is accrued each year for the next 4 years to a total of 30 days holiday
