Plan and implement teaching and learning activities with a robust assessment process.
Regularly review progress, adapting coaching strategies to meet learner needs.
Provide valuable information, advice, and guidance to support holistic development.
Efficiently manage E-Portfolios for all learners.
Desired: Teaching qualification such as PTLLS, AET, Cert Ed, or equivalent.
We are willing to take on trainee’s with strong occupational experience
Essential: Occupational competence in a residential childcare setting.
Desired: Assessor’s qualification such as CAVA, TAQA, A1, or equivalent.
Essential: Qualification in Residential Childcare up to Level 5.
Required: Willingness to undertake relevant training or qualifications to stay at the forefront of the field.
Driver’s License: UK driver’s license with access to own vehicle.
Position: Full-time, permanent
Working Model: Flexible hybrid, primarily from home
Schedule: Autonomy to manage your own schedule with monthly travel to visit learners in your area
