Tick Education are currently seeking a committed and flexible Cover Supervisor in Luton to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting students and ensuring that high standards of behaviour and learning are maintained during staff absence.
Responsibilities as a Cover Supervisor in Luton:
- Supervise and support students during lessons, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment
- Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher to maintain continuity in students’ learning
- Support students in their work, providing guidance and assistance where necessary
- Maintain discipline in the classroom and manage student behaviour effectively
- Ensure the classroom is set up appropriately for the lesson and that all resources are available
