Role Overview: As a Tutor at our SEMH school, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students with diverse needs. You will be expected to teach both within the school setting and provide offsite support as part of our outreach program, working closely with students in alternative environments, including transporting them in your car.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored tutoring sessions to students with SEMH needs, both in school and offsite.
  • Plan, prepare, and adapt lessons based on individual student needs and abilities.
  • Provide targeted support to improve academic progress, social, and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure students’ holistic development.
