What Experience or Knowledge is Preferable?

  • Risk Practitioners – Experience in risk identification, risk workshop facilitation, and quantitative risk analysis (QRA).
  • Cost Engineers – Strong understanding of cost forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control strategies.
  • Planners – Proficiency in programme development, scheduling tools (P6, MSP, Asta), and critical path analysis.
  • Analytical & Organisational Skills – Ability to interpret data, plan resources effectively, and drive efficiency.
  • Strong Communication & Collaboration – Work closely with clients and internal teams to optimise project delivery.
