We are looking to recruit an Analyst Support role to work within the Group Category Operations Team based at Ferdinand Bilstein UK Ltd, based in Marden. This role is a fixed term contract for 12 months, there is a possibility that this will be extended or potentially become a permanent role in the future.
As our Analyst Support you will be responsible for:
- Process and administrate supplier purchase orders placed each month.
- Collate and administrate all supplier order confirmations and take action with any overdue confirmations.
- Monitor and maintain delivery dates within ERP system.
- Support Inbound Management with administration of incoming deliveries.
- To provide administrative support to the GCO management team.
Qualifications required are:
- GCSE Maths & English Grade C or above.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Basic level of Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Has a background/experience in administration.
- Good organisational skills.
- Effective communicator and an ability to interact with different people from any country or background.
- Previous experience with ERP systems is desirable.
