A rapidly growing Facilities Management company is looking for Tradespeople who are skilled as a Dry Wall Installer / Plasterer / Carpenter.
LOCATION: SE/DA/BR postcodes working on homes around Kent and SE London.
SALARY: £30K- £40K basic plus benefits, overtime opportunities, full health and safety training, pension, van, fuel card, uniform, employee assistance scheme.
HOURS: Full Time, Monday- Friday.
As a Plasterboard Fitter / Dry Wall Installer, you will be working as part of a busy team of Property Maintenance Technicians, liaising with tenants in the local community, fitting energy saving Thermal Insulated Plasterboard on internal walls and ceilings in people’s homes, meeting Health and Safety regulations.
You may be an experienced Dry Wall Installer/ Plasterboard Fitter, with the drive and energy to make homes clean and fresh. You may have a property maintenance background within the Social Housing Management / Housing Maintenance Sector, good customer facing communication skills, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Your current or previous jobs may be a Multi Skilled Carpenter, Multi-Trader, Builder, Maintenance Technician, Property Maintenance Engineer, Building Services Technician, Property Services Engineer, Residential Trades person, Handyman, Handywoman, Drywall Installer, Handyperson, Carpenter, Plasterer, Multi-skilled Plasterer, Multi-Skilled Decorator or similar.
