Reports to: Finance Director
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will handle payroll preparation, manage time and attendance data, process expenses, and provide HR and payroll support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and input payroll data into Sage50, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and maintain the Timenet/People HR time and attendance system.
- Address payroll queries and ensure all payroll documentation is up to date.
- Oversee HR system management and assist with onboarding new starters.
- Support the HR team with training, compliance, and general administrative tasks.
- Generate payroll reports and assist with HR-related queries.
You Will Have:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Previous payroll or HR experience.
- Familiarity with payroll systems (Sage50) and HR software.
Skills & Attributes:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills.
