Centrica is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, large-scale, or high-risk projects. This role involves developing key business and DTS relationships to ensure successful outcomes, leading a team in a matrix organization. Location: Hybrid working with occasional travel to Windsor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects with multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality requirements.
- Develop project vision, business case, scope, budget, and plan.
- Align projects with DTS and Business Unit strategy.
- Establish effective project governance and resolve stakeholder issues.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Optimize return on investment and consider alternatives.
- Direct senior stakeholder communications and change management.
- Oversee relationships with internal functions and third-party suppliers.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and governance requirements.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the project team.
- Conduct quality assurance and health check reviews.
