Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement solutions aligned with key business requirements and project milestones.
- Design and recommend component architecture, data analysis, and modelling to the Solution Architect.
- Provide updates on development progress to the Project Manager.
- Customise and configure Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications, including integrations.
- Participate in technical discussions, client meetings, and progress reviews.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture and release guidelines.
- Deliver training, demos, and ongoing support to business users.
- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft product updates and industry trends.
- 5+ years’ experience in developing and customising Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights) and Power Platform applications.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to estimate workloads and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
