Join a community that cares about you! More about the team The Digitisation Team is a key part of the IT function. This is an exciting time to join a growing area of the Group. More about your role Reporting to the Head of Digitisation, the Salesforce Engineering Manager will play a key role in the build and development of high performing engineering teams, whose role it is to deliver and continuously improve our Digitisation technology capabilities. As well as being responsible for the development of the team members, you will deliver elements of the strategic short and long-term Salesforce roadmap. Working closely with Product Managers, you will be responsible for the delivery of strategic digitisation solutions. In addition, to ensuring that the engineered solutions and changes are documented, you will work with Solutions Architects and other Engineering managers to produce and maintain detailed technical architecture designs for the Group’s Salesforce estate. More about you The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high performing teams. Experience in Salesforce platform product development and configuration as well as an understanding of digitisation concepts are also desired. Skills/ Experience 3-5 years experience within a similar role, Experience leading and managing teams, Hands on experience working in the Salesforce platform.
