Previous experience as a Chef, ideally in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Passion for food quality, presentation, and creativity.

Sound knowledge of kitchen operations, stock management, and food safety regulations.

Flexibility to work varied hours as required by the business.

Competitive salary up to £30K plus tips.
