Cafe manager needed at a busy site in Hampton-In-Arden as a cafe manager you will be the face of the business, keeping all customers and staff happy. you will be managing a team of around 6 employees, and be responsible for rotas and problem solving within the team. the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hospitality experience, both in front and back of house. barista skills are vital.
