We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised and highly motivated Team Leaders to join our team in Staffordshire House. This is a key role within the Regional Team and is a fantastic opportunity to put together your management skills and professional approach to add extra value to one of the leading healthcare providers. As a Team Leader you will play an essential role in supporting and managing a team of multi-disciplinary staff, ensuring the provision of a high quality, safe and accessible Integrated Urgent Care service to patients. Please note that this role involves out of hours working and shifts will include rotation of daytime, evening, overnight, weekend and bank holidays. The role is full time 37.5hrs per week on a permanent basis. Rate of Pay – £14.76 – £16.34 inclusive of unsociable hours. Your day to day… Responsible for team management and optimal performance of direct reports to achieve maximum network efficiency, and achievement of KPIs and quality indicators Work collaboratively with Operational and Clinical Management Teams to ensure delivery of a safe, responsive service to patients and that key performance indicators are being met Support staff recruitment and rota cover activities to ensure required levels of staffing are in place Ensure all direct reports complete all relevant statutory and mandatory training Supervise, support and coach individuals to ensure delivery of high quality, safe care and quality standards are being met by your team Provide an escalation referral point for queries relating to calls/cases Support the implementation of service and organisational processes, policies and guidelines, ensuring they are adopted and embedded within your team. Qualifications, Experience & Training… NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification and/ or have significant relevant work experience.
