Position Description Overview The NTT DATA consultant takes ownership of consulting and client activity, by advising and defining solutions and acting as a specialist who provides subject matter expertise. Consultants are focussed on delivering sales revenue through delivering personal and company utilisation. They are typically recognised as a leader in a particular area within the consulting group, and assist in developing and mentoring others and innovating NTT DATA propositions. Consultants may also assist in proposition development, IP development, and winning bids. To achieve success, it is critical that the consultant delivers on the following accountabilities: Client Consulting Delivers consulting solutions in the SAP Concur Expense space, against contractual and project requirements. Advises and defines SAP Concur Expense solutions, by helping to solve business and technical challenges. Provides specialist subject matter expertise. Assumes total ownership of delivering solutions and value to the client by leading projects and project teams. Utilisation and Revenue Delivers utilisation in line with targets. Delivers against a resource plan which drives personal and company utilisation. Identifies further opportunities for revenue. Consulting Team Player Acts as a specialist within the consulting group, by attaining and sharing best practice, knowledge and skills. Is a mentor to other team members, to support their professional development and personal performance and professional development. Maintains an up to date knowledge and zest for the latest innovations in the delivery of SAP systems, and utilises this understanding to bring innovation to our ways of working. Key Performance Indicators (managed through performance and development plans) Achievement of revenue and utilisation targets. Up to date Performance Development Plan demonstrating regular monitoring of progress and achievement. Achievement of individual objectives, which are defined in performance plans. Habitually demonstrate NTT DATA values and behaviours. Essential Skills and Attributes A strong background in SAP Concur Expense. Demonstrable track record of delivering at least 3 Concur Expense Professional implementations, which may include integration to SAP ERP. A demonstrable expertise and experience of other SAP software products relevant to Concur Expense. A thirst for learning and remaining conversant with the evolving technology landscape. Actively shares and transfers own expertise and operational knowledge in a structured method, to make it useful and relevant to colleagues. Proven and demonstrable track record of successfully delivering client projects. The capability to make solid and reliable decisions in complex environments. Strong interpersonal and soft skills. Able to quickly develop relationships with all stakeholders, including NTT DATA local and global teams, clients, partners and suppliers. The ability to become a trusted advisor, in their field of expertise. Demonstrates gravitas and personal integrity. Able to demonstrate resilience, overcome unforeseen situations, and keep business objectives in mind. A focus on results, and the ability to influence outcomes through personality, behaviour and communication style. Able to be a role model and ambassador for NTT Data. Essential Technical Requirements Certified in SAP Concur Expense Professional. While a Certified Implementation Partner status is preferred, consideration will also be given to candidates with a Certification to support Concur Expense in business. Knowledge of and experience in Concur Expense – SAP ERP Native Integration. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA ERP (or predecessor SAP Large Enterprise ERP), and specifically to basic Finance functionality including General Ledger and VAT. Desirable Technical Requirements Concur Certification in another major Concur module – Travel or Invoice. Conversant with other Concur modules to support Expense, including (but not limited to) Concur Request, Budget, Drive or Detect. Professional Accounting qualification. Experience of report writing in the Concur Cognos reporting module. Knowledge of Concur Expense delivery methodology. Familiarity with the Concur Salesforce project management tool. General Comments on the Role This is a project consulting role, and as such may require travel to client sites.
