Competitive Salary plus benefits Full time Monday – Friday 7 Harrington Street Chambers is seeking to appoint a Practice Director to lead and direct our clerking team, which supports our criminal, civil and family barristers. This role would suit either an experienced Senior Clerk who is looking to join a large, progressive and forward-thinking set of Chambers, or a senior manager with significant experience gained in the legal sector. This is a rare opportunity to take the leading clerking role in a major northern set and develop Chambers for the future. Key Duties Include: Providing leadership to a team of senior and junior staff members; Networking and building strong relationships with clients over a wide range of legal practice; Developing and implementing marketing plans for Chambers, including tenders; Working with individual barristers and departments to support and develop practices; Reporting to the Head of Chambers and management committee. The successful candidate would be expected to work independently and demonstrate initiative, drive and enthusiasm for the benefit of the whole of chambers, through extended hours when required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
