The role – Asset Intelligence Officer

We’re looking for an organised, committed and motivated person, preferably with an asset data background, to support and provide high quality assistance to the Asset Intelligence Manager in maintaining the organisation’s asset management and energy systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that we have a demonstrable emphasis on data integrity, on embedding robust processes and providing confidence in data that enables the creation of quality and fit for purpose investment plans.

You will have responsibility for developing, implementing and maintaining the organisations asset management database and will be accountable for obtaining and maintaining data relating to stock condition and energy efficiency within the housing stock.

What you’ll do

  • Collect, validate, input and analyse asset data.
  • Plan, design, commission and manage ongoing programmes of stock condition surveys.
  • Manage and maintain the organisations energy efficiency data and systems.
  • Evaluate energy efficiency of properties and present recommendations for improvement.
  • Produce asset and energy information and reports in a variety of formats.
  • Produce scenarios from databases to enable the effective planning of asset investment programmes, ensuring properties are well maintained and data knowledge recorded.
  • Support contractors and suppliers with data requirements to keep databases updated and accurate.
  • Perform and develop routine gap analysis and data validations to ensure continual robustness of data.
  • Produce reports of non-compliance with statutory housing standards including Decent Homes and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS).

What you’ll need

  • Knowledge of Keystone or similar asset management systems.
  • Understanding of Housing standards such as Decent Homes, Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and Energy Assessment procedures (SAP/RdSAP).
  • A meticulous approach to data with excellent communication skills.
