A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a highly respected independent practice specialising in Cost and Project Management, with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical farming, power, utilities, and nuclear sectors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing tender and contract documents
  • Undertaking cost analysis and feasibility studies
  • Managing risk, value, and cost control for major projects
  • Advising on procurement strategy and contract suitability
  • Analysing tender returns and providing detailed progress reports
  • Advising clients on contractual claims and payment recommendations

Essentials:

  • Flexible and open to travel as required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with a Consultancy, Client, or Contractor
  • Currently working towards MRICS or other relevant professional qualifications
  • Client-facing and confident in delivering exceptional service
  • Extensive experience in NEC contract administration
