We are looking for a Learning Architect who will strategically design and develop engaging onboarding experiences that accelerate new hire productivity and reduce time-to-competency. In this position, you will ensure consistent, impactful onboarding that fosters a positive first impression and sets employees up for long-term success. You will design and develop sales org-wide training solutions that have significant impact globally.

The Learning Architect partners with the Global Sales Onboarding Program Manager to develop Learning Solutions for our Sellers and Sales Managers/Leaders to improve sales skills/competencies required to excel in their roles. The Architect creates learning objectives aligned to business priorities and any identified gaps in skills/capabilities. The Learning Architect possesses strong knowledge of adult-based learning and will provide business management expertise to measure business impact, return on investment, and other relevant metrics. They are comfortable in an environment where they are constantly learning, searching, and presenting new and creative solutions.

Your role in our mission:

  • Create innovative, adult-oriented learning solutions that encourage employees to achieve the highest business impact.
  • Design courses and develop curricula that ensure effective learning experiences.
  • Work with subject matter experts to create various deliverables.
  • Leverage problem-solving skills and frameworks to assess client needs and to articulate relevant high-level perspectives on potential capability development solutions.
  • Establish and regularly report on baseline metrics for learning engagement, program outcomes, and ROI.
  • Work with Global Sales Onboarding Manager to integrate, assess, and report on progress and obstacles.
  • Advocate a continuous improvement mindset and a 'can-do' approach to ensure value to the business.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

  • First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 10+ years in Sales Enablement or equivalent role.
  • Prior experience as a seller is preferred.
  • Experience working with sales organizations required.
  • Experience working with sales methodologies preferred.
  • Program Management Certification a plus.
