Grounds Maintenance Operative

Your role will be to undertake grounds maintenance work on GreenSquareAccord Limited owned land, to include, playing fields, landscaped areas and other horticultural operations.

You will be responsible for carrying out daily grounds maintenance tasks as delegated by the Grounds Maintenance Manager in accordance with policies and adhering to the team risk assessments. The team works closely with several departments including Housing, Commercial, Responsive Maintenance and Empty Homes on a regular basis.

You will have experience with Ground Maintenance.

You will ideally have PA1 & PA6 spraying licence.

You will have hadCOSHH, Manual Handling and Health and Safety Training.

You will need a full Driving License as a Van share is available
