PAYE / Umbrella daily rate. Fully remote - willingness to travel globally is a must.
This person will act as a Subject Matter Expert for the technology & processes related to OT Cyber Security (ISA/IEC 62443), ensuring that good security practices are embedded across manufacturing sites, making assessments, recommendations for improvement / oversight and setting the direction of the OT security strategy.
Requirements (Global SOPs and Global Technical Standards) defined in written form from the Cyber Security Office (CSO) Operational Technology (OT) standards. Those requirements have been gap assessed by the sites: requirements met/not met/partially met.
As part of the Internal Control Framework, independent business monitoring must be done across all sites, to ensure controls are in place / in use, and gaps properly managed. This person will support the team to assess the sites' resiliency; primary objectives are to:
- Evaluate the current state of operational resilience at each site.
- Identify vulnerabilities and potential risks to operational technology systems.
- Assess compliance with requirements (Global SOPs and Global Technical Standards).
- Provide recommendations for improving resilience and mitigating identified risks.
Technical authority or SME on OT architecture and infrastructure with broad general knowledge on IT applications and infrastructure with specific knowledge on several of the following:
- IT Networks (switches, routing, firewalls)
- Firewall rules, logging, monitoring, IDS/IPS and troubleshooting (Checkpoint & Palo Alto)
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Enabling services (e.g NTP, SMTP, patching, AntiVirus)
- System integration technologies (OPC, XML, middleware)
- Database knowledge (SQL, Oracle, data warehousing, architecture)
- Current and legacy operating systems (Microsoft Server, Microsoft Clients, Linux)
- Server infrastructure (VMWare ESXi, storage)
- Specific knowledge on control systems from a wide range of vendors (PLC, DCS, SCADA)
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (Data historians, EBR, OEE, SAP)
- ISA Standards (ISA 99/IEC62443, S95, S88)
- Communication networks and protocols (Serial, Profibus, Ethernet)
Collaborate with other Business Units to share best practices.
