Responsibilities of the Director
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing business opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Promote a positive and privacy-driven team culture
- Develop a strategic business development plan to drive the firm's revenue growth
- Identify business opportunities through networking, research and leveraging existing client relationships
- Lead client engagements and the delivery of data privacy best practices
- Manage project based teams
- Provide guidance, support and coaching to the junior members of the team
- Lead by example in developing a collaborative, constructive and privacy-oriented culture
Ideal Background of the Director
- Proven track-record of lead generation and business development
- 8-12 years in client-facing and consulting roles, working across multiple sectors
- Solid understanding of data privacy
- Ability to leverage personal network of B2C and B2B businesses
- Dealt with Data Protection Authorities
- Excellent EU and global data privacy regulations knowledge
- Strong leadership, both internally as well as managing cross-functional client stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Strategic and analytical skills
