As a Clinical Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our client's non-GP clinical workforce across Huddersfield, Leeds, and Wakefield. This role blends clinical expertise with operational leadership, ensuring high-quality care and service delivery.

Qualifications Essential:
  • Professional clinical qualification registered with: General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) OR Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) OR Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Masters level clinical practitioner qualification (PGDip or MSc).
  • Independent prescriber qualification.
  • Leadership AND / OR Management Qualification OR willing to work towards a leadership / management qualification.
About You:
  • Registered Clinician (NMC, HCPC, GPhC)
  • Strong leadership & operational management skills
  • Experience leading clinical teams & driving service improvements
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
