The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

The post holder will be required to work autonomously as well part of the immediate and larger teams participating in the holistic assessment of cancer patients. You will give advice, instigate investigations and implement patient care as appropriate to manage the patient, reducing the burden of treatment side effects and symptoms of the disease.

You will provide essential communication to improve patient experience and quality of care, reducing lengths of stay and avoiding unnecessary hospital admissions.

You will support the Band 8a and lead consultant in the planning and development of the future service in accordance with the Trust’s policies and procedures utilising the most effective resources.

Alongside the ESC team you will provide specialist advice and education to health professionals regarding patients symptoms or side effects, related to the treatment or cancer to improve quality of life.
