We are seeking a VP of Brand and Creative to elevate the Bloomreach brand, personality, and story across diverse audiences and multiple channels. This exciting opportunity allows you to push creative boundaries and differentiate our market-leading platform. As the VP of Brand and Creative, you will lead our visual brand team, brand activation team, communications and content teams. You will collaborate closely with all departments (Marketing, Product, Revenue, People) to create and maintain a cohesive brand story and identity. What You’ll Do: Create and execute Bloomreach’s brand strategy and foundation; lead the creative direction for visuals and messaging across the organization; work closely with marketing, sales, product, HR, and other departments to enhance the company\’s market presence. Serve as the brand gatekeeper and ambassador, ensuring excellence and consistency across all internal and external touchpoints. Launch compelling global brand campaigns that strengthen Bloomreach\’s unique positioning and align with brand awareness and business goals. Lead and inspire a team of designers and freelancers, promoting best practices, creative processes, design systems, and ideation. Apply holistic campaign concepts across various mediums (graphics, video, animation) and channels (web, promotions, content, email, events). Manage and collaborate with external vendors, agencies, freelancers, and oversee the brand budget. Who You Are: 15+ years of experience leading teams in high-growth, product-led, B2B SaaS companies; experience in AI is a plus. An inspiring leader and systems thinker, capable of developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy. Proficient in various styles and mediums, with the ability to communicate branding concepts and decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders. Experienced in building scalable design processes and frameworks. Skilled in managing projects with multiple timelines and expectations. Detail-oriented, problem solver, and trusted partner. Proficient with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Suite). Bonus: Experience in product/UX design is beneficial as you will collaborate closely with our product team.
