We are recruiting for a Commissioning Systems Administrator who will report into the Commissioning Manager or the Information and Data Lead within the Cross Functional Delivery Team and support system administration for this team and the End-to-End Commissioning process for HPC.
As the Commissioning System Administrator, you will be required to perform administration activities within the IT systems and engage with stakeholders across the HPC project. You will be required to have knowledge of certain Commissioning processes and associated requirements to support project objectives of safety, quality, time and cost.
As Commissioning System Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting certain processes to ensure they run efficiently and effectively. These processes include, but are not limited to:
- Issue management
- Configuration control
- Verification and acceptance of test results
What you will be doing:
- Accountable to a Commissioning Manager or the Data and Information Lead in the NNB HPC Project team and will be supporting multiple teams within the Commissioning Programme.
- Responsible for executing the administration of high-quality data and information required to track Commissioning processes from start to finish in the relevant IT tools.
- Monitor and manage data correction and cleansing activities.
- Provide guidance and set clear expectations on the use of IT tools in our processes.
- Support the development and maintenance of user guides and training for IT tools.
- Provide data reports to assist the Commissioning Manager and Senior Commissioning Manager in meeting project-level objectives and milestones.
- Create system user accounts, role profiles and support training.
- Support and engage in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
