The Role:
Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their talented and successful team. Having secured a hyperscale Data Centre in Derry, they are looking to secure a seasoned Project Manager to be based on site. As such, some experience in working on Data Centres, including defining project scope & objectives, creating and coordinating project schedules, managing Contractors/Subcontractors, Design Teams, & Clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget, is required.
Requirements:
- Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Construction Management
- 5+ Years in a Project Management position
- Experience in client-facing roles needed
- Must have a track record in delivering projects from planning through to hand-over
- Previous exposure to managing teams
- Should understand the value in building and maintaining internal & external relationships
- Must be able to demonstrate an ability to immediately fulfil the duties of the role
