This covers the latest news and trends from Gen-Z’s forward-thinking perspective on fashion, sneakers, beauty, art, music, and youth culture. Our omnichannel approach, combined with the captivating content we produce, have helped us amass a fast-growing international audience of over 2 million users. We are now looking for a skilled and talented London-based Operations Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.
Core tasks and duties:
- Assist the Operations Director in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Assist with file management and organisation.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Look after staff welfare, office suppliers, and the monthly staff breakfast.
- Organise new joiner drinks, leaving drinks, gifts, and birthday cards.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring all devices, tools, and resources are in order.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate record-keeping and financial reporting of office operations.
- Manage communications with office landlord, managing agent, and concierge.
- Administration of Google Workspace environments.
The successful candidate:
The role would be ideal for someone who has strong organisational and communication skills, is methodical, and looking for a varied role in a high-performing team. Has two or more years of experience in operations. Someone who is keen to develop and learn, and thrives off delivering to the highest standard. An individual with exceptional attention to detail and a knack for keeping things running smoothly.
